Well, Ubuntu Hardy Alpha 3 has been released. I’ve been running Ubuntu Hardy on my laptop since a few days after the archives opened (and have learned a lot debugging the system as I followed along with development). It feels pretty good now, and I’m excited because this release is going to turn into the next LTS version, which means that we get to upgrade our servers once the final release is out.
Personally, I’m not waiting for the final release, I’m upgrading my development server now. The more testers and bug reports the better and more solid the final release will be!
