i don’t remember much lightning in the storms the last few days, but apparently there was, and it blew up my dishwasher. spent the evening replacing the whole mess, after disassembling the old one and noting the burns on the control board. the girl helped me install the new dishwasher, and convinced me that i should trade maglights with her when she saw that i had a smaller light in my toolbox than the one i gave her a few days ago.
my blue hard hat arrived, just in time for the longwood project this weekend.
meetings at the swan and dolphin tomorrow, which means over 2 hours of drive time. i think it will be worth it.
booked our room for BarCampMiami at the end of February. now I just need to write my talk! it’s going to be about distributed revision control for web developers.
